Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was great and reasonably priced. The rooms were super neat and clean, and Mr Shubam along with the front desk staff were extremely helpful at all times, which I'm really thankful for. However, for the money paid, one would expect a slightly better room.
I stayed on the Mezzanine floor, and the room was so clean and spacious, although it didn't match the picture I saw online. The hotel is in an excellent location with very clean rooms.
My stay at the hotel was quite good and reasonably priced. The rooms, especially thanks to Mr Shubam and the front desk staff, were super tidy and neat, which I really appreciated. However, for the money paid, I would have expected a slightly better room.
The hotel is located in the heart of Deira, surrounded by nice local restaurants and the LuLu center for quick shopping. The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet, which made our stay very pleasant. The service provided by the staff was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and energetic. However, the dining options were poor and repetitive, not meeting our expectations. The hotel offers a low-priced stay but may have limitations in meal choices due to its ethnic nature.
The hotel is not far from the airport. The rooms are beautifully decorated but there was a mix-up with someone else entering our room initially. The service is outstanding, with a special shoutout to the receptionists who were welcoming and helpful. The location is convenient with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, although it was assumed to be closer to the airport. The dining experience was subpar due to noise and limited variety. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel is located in a central area in Deira, with underground parking but limited spaces, making it a bit challenging at night. The rooms are not completely noise-proof, letting in sounds from the nearby flight path after some time.
I had a nice and comfortable stay at the hotel for one night close to the airport. The rooms were neat and clean, and the front desk staff, especially Mr Shubam, was very helpful at all times. I am thankful for their excellent service.
The hotel offers nice, clean, and quiet rooms with a comfortable and soft mattress. The service staff are attentive and go out of their way to offer extras, yet could be more careful at times. The location is fantastic, convenient for accessing public transportation, restaurants, and markets. The dining experience, although not fancy, is decent for the price. The hotel lacks some American and European food options, but overall, it provides good value for money.
The hotel rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes that lingered and were not as clean or quiet as expected, but they were well-kept and neat. The service was exceptional, with Kiran and Karima going out of their way to offer extra assistance. The location is convenient with easy access to a metro station, though slightly distant from main attractions. The dining experience was good enough for the price, especially the freshly prepared salads. The facilities were satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable with a cozy bed and a lovely bathroom. The location was superb, surrounded by charming local restaurants and a supermarket nearby. However, the service fell short as the staff were rude and unhelpful at times.
The hotel has a great location surrounded by nice local restaurants and the LuLu center for quick shopping. The rooms are comfortable with a chic design, but not exactly as shown in the photos; they seem a bit older than expected. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was an issue with the rate being higher upon walk-in than the one stated on Booking. The dining options are very good, offering a variety of European and Eastern food choices. The facilities are well-maintained overall.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Deira, boasting a central location surrounded by local restaurants and convenient amenities. While the proximity to the airport is beneficial, the noise from passing airplanes can be bothersome. The service, particularly from Mustafa and Alex Kwarteng, is commendable with a focus on guest needs during these challenging times. However, the dining options may lack variety, and the room cleanliness could be improved.
